At Bolder Pilates there are none of the distractions that often accompany working out at a gym or a large studio. The focus is 100% on you. Your workout program is tailored to reflect your personal goals and your body's individual needs.

Donna Rosen

Donna endured chronic back pain for years before discovering Pilates. After doing Pilates on a regular basis for one year, her back, and entire body was the strongest it had ever been, and she was completely free from her constant pain. She received her training at the Ellie Herman Studios in San Francisco, and has been passionately teaching others about the benefits of Pilates ever since. Donna relocated to Boulder again (she graduated from CU in 1994) in 2003 and started Bolder Pilates.

Because of Donna's journey through pain and into full body wellness, she brings into each session her compassion, understanding, and personal experience with rehabilitating injuries and chronic pain through the Pilates method.

Jennifer Moran

Jennifer discovered her love for movement at a very young age through dance. Although she pursued dance through high school and college, she shifted movement gears when she was introduced to yoga in 1997 and became hooked. Jennifer studied yoga closely, exploring several disciplines, but ultimately focused on Bikram and Ashtanga when she discovered their rigorous yet therapeutic properties. She then began her yoga certification in 2002 in Boston, MA. Jen continues to deepen her personal practice and teaching skills through continuing education and practice here in Boulder, Colorado.

Jennifer's yoga journey led her to cross paths into the Pilates world as she explored other methods of achieving harmony in her body and in her life. She was instantly amazed at the rigors of the Pilates method with its innately healing and therapeutic value. Jen received her training in the Ron Fletcher Method, and became a certified Pilates instructor in 2006. Jennifer feels truly blessed to share with others the many gifts she has found through the works of Joseph Pilates.

Korinne O'Rourke

Korinne O’Rourke began her movement studies at a young age through exploring various forms of dance. In 1996 she was introduced to Pilates as a powerful system of movement and a great supplement to her dance training. She moved to Boulder in 1999 and received her BA in Dance at University of Colorado. She suffered a hip injury throughout her last year at CU, causing her to stop dancing and lose a lot of faith in her body’s capability.

Pilates was her sole instrument in returning her body to full health; therefore, she became a believer in Pilates as a rehabilitation therapy, and was hooked. She then entered The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program in Boulder, CO, in 2004. Upon graduating she has now become dedicated to the skillful instruction of the classical Pilates method, while continually investigating growth, for her clients as well as for herself.
